Our shop offers a beautiful lineup of preset themes, but we know your celebration might need a personal twist. Customization means adding anything more than what you see on our product pages—whether that’s a different color palette, a unique quantity, a special saying or quote, or a brand-new theme altogether.

This is how you can request a custom design—just follow these steps:

  2. Click our [Customer Order Form] link—this opens our homepage.  
  3. Scroll to the bottom until you reach the Customer Design Request section.  
  4. Fill out the order form with every detail of your vision and submit it.  
  5. Watch your inbox—we’ll reply within two to three business days with a personalized quote and next steps.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery Policy 

1. Production & Invoicing 

  • Made to order – Every item is handcrafted and personalized for your honoree. 
  • Production time10–20 business days after your order is placed (business days exclude weekends & U.S. public holidays)
  • Shipping-invoice email – Sent as soon as production finishes (anytime within the 10-20-day window). 
  • NOTE: If you’d like to purchase additional shipping insurance beyond UPS’s standard coverage, please tell us before paying the shipping invoice so we can add the coverage and recalculate your total. 
  • Carrier – UPS only. 
  • Separate shipping invoice – We calculate your exact UPS cost, email the invoice, and hold the package until it’s paid. 
  • Dispatch – Your order ships the next business day after the shipping invoice is paid. 

2. UPS Domestic Services 

(We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Transit times exclude weekends & U.S. public holidays.) 

  • UPS Ground—economy ground delivery within 1–5 business days   
  • UPS 3 Day Select—delivery in 3 business days   
  • UPS 2nd Day Air—delivery in 2 business days   
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver—Next-day delivery by end of day, 1 business day   
  • UPS Next Day Air—Next-day delivery by 10:30 AM local time, 1 business day  

    Actual shipping charges vary by weight, box dimensions, and destination ZIP. 

3. After Shipment 

Once UPS picks up your package, transit delays, loss, or damage fall under the carrier’s responsibility. We will provide tracking so you can follow the shipment.

Return & Change Policy 

  • Final sale – Because everything is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production starts. 
  • Change requests – Email us immediately if you need to adjust colors, themes, or quantities; changes are only possible before crafting begins. 
  • Price differences – If a change increases your total, we’ll send a separate invoice for the difference before proceeding.

How to Calculate Your Package Arrival Date 

🎈 How to Calculate Your Package Arrival Date 

Follow these easy steps to make sure your party goods arrive comfortably before your event: 

1. Production Time (10–20 Business Days): 

  • Start counting business days (Mon–Fri only, excluding U.S. public holidays) from the date you place your order. 
  • Count 10 business days for the earliest possible production completion date. 
  • Count 20 business days for the latest possible production completion date. 

2. Choose Your UPS Shipping Method: 

  • UPS Ground: 1–5 business days 
  • UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days 
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days 
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day 

UPS transit options  (Transit times exclude weekends & U.S. holidays)   

*Actual rates vary by weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP.   

3. Calculate Your Ideal Arrival Date: 

  • From the date you need your products, count backward by your chosen shipping option’s delivery days and the full 20 business days production time. 

4. Add Cushion Time: 

  • We strongly recommend adding 2–3 extra days as a cushion in case UPS experiences delays. 

📦 Please Note: Once your package leaves our studio, we are not responsible for shipping delays or transit issues. 

Choose the number of sets you need—each set serves one child. Example: If you’re hosting 20 children and choose our 10-set bundle, please set the quantity to 2—that gives you 2 × 10-set bundles, enough for all 20 kids.
